  • sale of services – art. 6 sec. 1b GDPR,
  • order fulfillment – art. 6 sec. 1b GDPR,
  • performance of the contract – art. 6 sec. 1b GDPR,
  • keeping accounting records – art. 6 sec. 1c of the GDPR,
  • payment execution – art. 6 sec. 1b, 1c GDPR,
  • archiving of documents – art. 6 sec. 1c of the GDPR,
  • pursuing claims – art. 6 sec. 1b, 1c, 1f GDPR,
  • making contact and answering the inquiry sent via the contact form on www.elbox.pl ) – art. 6 sec. 1a, 1b GDPR,
  • marketing – art. 6 sec. 1a of the GDPR.
Recipients of personal data
  • external entities providing technical support services to ADO, in particular software and IT services providers,
  • entities cooperating with PDA, in particular courier companies, law firm, audit companies, banks,
  • public authorities, in particular ZUS, US.
Transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) ADO does not transfer data outside the EEA.
Period of personal data storage
  • period resulting from generally applicable law: keeping accounting books and tax documentation (5 years), pursuing claims (limitation period – 6 years),
  • duration of the contract,
  • until voluntary consent is withdrawn.
Rights of individuals related to personal data
  • the right to access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • the right to rectify (correct) your data,
  • the right to delete data, limit data processing,
  • the right to object to data processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time, if the consent was required.
Basis for the obligation to provide personal data Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a prerequisite for the performance of the contract or for providing feedback to inquiries sent via the contact form.

If you agree to receive commercial information from PDC, providing your data is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing that took place before its withdrawal.

Information on automated decision making and profiling As part of ADO’s activity, there is no automated decision-making and profiling.
